All predictions published on Sportdico are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial advice or a guarantee of outcome. Gambling involves risk — never bet more than you can afford to lose. You must be 18 years or older (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction) to use this service.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Sportdico ("the Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal minimum age for gambling in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to create an account and access predictions. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Nature of predictions

Sportdico provides football match analysis and predictions generated by statistical models and human analysts. All tips are strictly informational and:

  • Do not constitute financial, investment or legal advice.
  • Do not guarantee any particular outcome.
  • Should not be the sole basis for any betting or financial decision.

Past performance is not indicative of future results. Our published track record reflects settled predictions accurately but does not imply future accuracy.

4. Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You may not share your account or allow others to access it.
  • You must provide accurate information when registering. Accounts created with false information may be suspended.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used fraudulently.

5. Subscriptions and payments

Sportdico offers a free tier and a Pro subscription. Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance through our payment processors (Paystack for NGN, Stripe for international currencies). By subscribing you authorise recurring charges until you cancel.

Cancellation: You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer pro‑rata refunds for unused days unless required by law.

Price changes: We will give at least 30 days' notice of any price increase via email.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Reproduce, redistribute or resell Sportdico predictions without written permission.
  • Use automated tools to scrape or bulk‑download content.
  • Attempt to reverse‑engineer, hack or disrupt the Service.
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual property

All content on Sportdico — including predictions, analysis, design and code — is owned by Sportdico or its licensors and protected by copyright. Your subscription grants a personal, non‑transferable licence to access the content for your own use only.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sportdico shall not be liable for any gambling losses, financial losses or indirect damages arising from your use of predictions or the Service.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated by email.
