Draw No Bet is a Match Result market that eliminates the draw as an outcome. You back either the home or away side; if the match ends level, your stake is returned in full. If your chosen team wins, you collect; if they lose, your stake is lost. DNB effectively converts the standard three-way 1X2 market into a two-way bet. The trade-off: because the draw risk is removed, bookmakers significantly shorten the odds compared to the straight 1X2 home or away price. DNB is most useful when you're confident in one team winning but worried about a draw ruining the bet — common in matches involving cautious away sides or defensive home teams in bottom-of-table clashes. Sportdico models draw probability explicitly for every covered fixture. A high draw_prob reading (above 30%) is a strong signal to consider DNB insurance over a straight 1X2 bet, accepting the reduced odds in exchange for draw protection. We're working to surface this as a dedicated market tip on match pages. For now, check the draw probability shown on any match prediction page to gauge whether DNB is worth the odds trade-off.

Frequently asked questions about Draw No Bet

What does Draw No Bet mean?

Draw No Bet means you back a team to win; if the match draws, your stake is refunded. You only lose if your chosen team loses. It removes the draw as a losing outcome.

When should I use Draw No Bet instead of 1X2?

DNB makes sense when you think one team will win but the draw probability is non-trivial — roughly 25%+ on the model. You pay for that insurance with lower odds than the straight 1X2 price.

Is Draw No Bet the same as Asian Handicap 0?

Yes. Asian Handicap 0 (AH0) is mathematically equivalent to Draw No Bet. Both refund on a draw and pay on a win; the only difference is the naming convention used by different bookmakers.

Does Draw No Bet apply to extra time?

No. Like 1X2, DNB is settled on the 90-minute result only. If the match is drawn after 90 minutes but goes to extra time in a cup tie, DNB is still settled as a draw and your stake is refunded.
